Information used for Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, Radix OS requests only basic identity information. Google may provide your name, email address, profile picture, Google account identifier, and whether Google has verified the email address.
We use this information to authenticate you, create or maintain your account profile, support sign-in security, and associate a Google identity with an existing account when the email address is verified. Supabase processes authentication and stores the account identity. Vercel hosts the Radix OS application.
Google identity data is used for authentication, account profile, and security purposes. We do not sell Google identity data or use it for advertising. Optional Radix OS integrations are separate and are not requested by Google sign-in.
Account and workspace information
Radix OS may store account details such as your email, display name, sign-in identities, email verification status, account creation date, and two-factor authentication status. These details support account access and security.
Records inside a Radix OS workspace are controlled by that business and its workspace administrators. Signing in does not grant access to another business’s workspace; you must be a member to access its records.
Subscriptions and billing
Radix OS subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, Paddle collects your name, email address, billing address, country, tax details and payment details to take payment, calculate tax, prevent fraud and send receipts, as an independent controller under Paddle’s privacy notice.
We do not receive or store your full card details. We share your account email and account identifiers with Paddle to create your checkout, and Paddle shares your customer ID and subscription and transaction status with us so that we can give you access, provide support and handle cancellations and refunds. Billing records are kept as long as tax, accounting and legal requirements need, usually up to seven years. See our Terms of service and Refund policy.
Sessions and retention
Radix OS uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your session. We retain Google identity and account records while they are needed to provide and secure the account. Email mo@radixsystems.si to request access, correction, or deletion of your account records. Some information may need to remain in security records, backups, or where required for legal obligations.
